Confirm surface condition, level, support requirements, access and the platform's complete external footprint with the venue team. Agree any anchorage or ballast provisions through the project design. Plan assembly, inspection and removal as separate activities with suitable personnel and handling equipment.
Provide the delivery route, loading restrictions and available storage area. For a relocating venue, discuss how components will be protected, identified, checked and repacked after use. Reusable packaging and replacement materials should be considered explicitly in the scope.
