YOUR PROJECT CONTACT

Meet Vicky Zhang.

Senior Project Manager · CourtSpan

Your point of contact for padel court selection, customisation, production coordination and overseas delivery support. A direct conversation helps turn your site information and commercial goals into a clear equipment brief.

Manufactured around your project.

A court is a set of connected decisions. The enclosure affects the playing experience and views across a venue. Turf and lighting affect daily use. Foundations, drainage and access shape the installation. CourtSpan brings those questions into the equipment conversation so buyers can understand what they are selecting and what their local project team needs to prepare.

Our range centres on Club & Economy, Panoramic, WPT Tournament and Portable padel court families, alongside fixed and retractable canopies. Each family provides a starting configuration. The final specification follows the site, intended use, selected components and agreed scope. We help organize those inputs into a brief that can be reviewed, quoted and carried through to the order documents.

A practical conversation for every buyer.

Contractors need coordinated drawings and clear interfaces with local works. Club operators need a maintainable specification and an opening plan connected to delivery and site readiness. Hotels need courts that work with guest routes, landscape and venue operations. Distributors need consistent configurations and clear support responsibilities. Temporary venues need a plan for arrival, use and removal. These priorities guide the questions we ask.

Customization starts with defined choices: structure and turf colours, lighting arrangements, protective accessories and approved branding positions. Changes to the structure or component interfaces need a separate review. Recording the selected configuration keeps the visual concept, quotation and equipment schedule aligned.

Documentation that stays useful.

We encourage buyers to keep drawings, component references and packing information together. Those records help the installation team prepare and make future maintenance or replacement enquiries more precise. Supporting test reports and attestations should be read with their named holder and scope intact, then matched to the selected equipment.

Delivery planning also needs a local view. Site access, unloading equipment, protected storage, foundations, drainage and electrical work should have clear owners before equipment arrives. The quotation and project plan are the place to establish those responsibilities, along with component-specific warranty and maintenance terms.
