Padel Court Manufacturing & Configuration Control
CourtSpan turns your selected padel court model into a coordinated manufacturing order. Our Hebei factory works from the approved drawings, component schedule, finish references and packing requirements. This page explains how we control the configuration through production; our factory profile shows the facilities and capacity, and our process guide follows the fabrication steps.

PROCESS & EQUIPMENT REFERENCES
Follow the material through the process.
Follow production inside our factory, from material preparation and cutting to welding, coating and inspection.

Material preparation
Identify the steel section, selected material grade and traceability documents before cutting.

Cutting and component preparation
Coordinate cut lengths and connection positions with the approved model drawings.

Welding and fabrication
Confirm the applicable connection details and inspection scope for fabricated assemblies.

Surface finish and inspection
Agree surface preparation, coating finish, colour and acceptance checks for the ordered parts.
What information releases a padel court order for production?
Production starts from an identified model and a consistent drawing revision. We record the court count, enclosure, glass, mesh, turf, net and lighting choices, together with colours, branding and any canopy or safety-padding options. The approved schedule connects the quotation to the components being made.
For repeat orders, retain the model reference, finish codes and approved changes. A new destination or site layout can affect the equipment interfaces, so the production release should state which details carry over and which have changed.
- Approved configuration and drawing revision.
- Structure, finish, glass, mesh, turf and lighting schedule.
- Agreed optional items, exclusions and identification requirements.
Follow the steelwork through its interfaces
The steelwork process includes preparing profiles, cutting, forming the required connections, welding assemblies and preparing surfaces for the selected finish. The important procurement question is how those operations support the agreed configuration: correct member identification, compatible joints and a finish specification appropriate to the project.
Our assembly drawings connect base plates, mesh frames, beams and lighting supports. Member schedules and connection details are coordinated with the project design so fabrication and installation use the same dimensions.
Specify finishes and purchased components clearly
Record the corrosion-protection and coating specification required for the actual location, together with the colour reference. Galvanized material, post-fabrication treatment, preparation and topcoat are separate specification decisions. Do not substitute a generic outdoor label for a documented finish requirement.
Glass schedules identify dimensions, holes and supports; turf records identify construction and installation materials; lighting schedules identify fixtures and mounting positions. We retain these details with the relevant technical documentation for the supplied components.
Agree the information needed for release and receiving
Discuss the checks and records required for your order before production is released. These may include configuration confirmation, component identification, packing information and agreed photographs of the supplied equipment. The records identify the specific component, production stage and applicable technical scope.
At receiving, the same records help the installing team check package counts and identify components. Keep final drawings and packing documents with the project so later maintenance and spare-parts enquiries can refer to the actual equipment supplied.
Start with a defined project brief
Request a quotation with the country, intended use, court count and preferred family. Add a site plan, finish requirements and any documentation your project team needs. If a specification is still being developed, mark the unresolved items so the next discussion can address them directly.
Practical answers
Before the next conversation
What production information can we receive?
We provide production photographs alongside the agreed drawings, component measurements and relevant technical documents. Together they record the manufacturing process and the equipment prepared for your order.
Can the finish be selected for a coastal project?
Yes. Share the coastal exposure and site conditions. We specify the steel treatment, protective finish and maintenance requirements around the project environment.
What happens if we change a component after approval?
Raise the change before production relies on the existing information. Its effects on drawings, interfaces, cost and schedule need to be reviewed and recorded in the revised scope.
