Information you choose to provide

The quote form asks for your name, email address and project country. You may also provide your company, role, phone number, city, preferred equipment, court count, project setting, canopy preference, stage, timeline, budget and a message. Drawings or photographs are optional. Include only information relevant to the project and that you are entitled to share.

What happens when you submit

With your processing consent, the preview saves the enquiry and accepted attachments on the computer running the website. These records are stored outside the publicly served website files. A saved record includes the information submitted, attachment details, a reference and a submission time.

A successful form submission displays: “Preview submission saved locally; no message has been sent.” The preview does not send your details by email, create a CRM entry or send a WhatsApp message. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.

Access, retention and removal

The person operating this local preview can access its saved enquiry records. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured in the preview. If you need a saved test enquiry corrected or removed, contact the person who is running the preview and give them the submission reference. Avoid uploading sensitive identity, payment or unrelated personal information.

Planner and external links

The project planner builds a summary in the page. Copying or printing that summary uses your device; choosing to continue to the quote form transfers the selected project fields into that form. The planner does not submit an enquiry on its own.

Phone, WhatsApp and Maps links open a separate service or application when you choose them. Information you send or search there is handled under that service’s own terms and privacy practices. A WhatsApp link prepares text for you to review; opening it does not send the message.

Cookies and analytics

This preview has no advertising analytics, marketing subscription or customer login. The search and form controls use page state to support the interaction. The preview does not use an advertising or tracking-cookie service.
