Padel Court Installation Support
CourtSpan provides padel court drawings, component identification and remote installation support for local installation teams. We coordinate the equipment footprint, glass schedule, connection details and assembly sequence before shipment, helping your contractor prepare foundations, unloading, lifting equipment and site services.

PROCESS & EQUIPMENT REFERENCES
Keep the installation information with the equipment.
A model-specific assembly package connects the numbered components to the site interfaces. These images illustrate the topics to coordinate.

Sequence enclosure and surface work
Review site readiness, access, component checks and the assembly sequence with the local installer.

Follow the selected connections
External and internal beam connections need the correct component references and drawing revision.

Check glass and fixing compatibility
Match panel dimensions, hole positions, supporting parts and the glass-fixing schedule.
Ask for a coordinated installation package

- Inspection, maintenance and handover records.
Our team provides court layouts and anchorage interfaces so your local engineer can coordinate foundations and site works.
What does CourtSpan provide for padel court installation?
We coordinate the ordered model drawings, component identification, connection information and remote technical guidance with your local installation lead. The installation pack connects the parts in the shipment with their positions and assembly sequence.
Prepare the site and handling plan against the approved equipment drawings before the delivery arrives. For covered courts, include the roof supports, overhead clearance, drainage and any powered equipment in the same review.
| Installation information | What it supports | Local preparation |
|---|---|---|
| Layout and connection drawings | Court positions, equipment footprint and fixing interfaces | Foundation, anchorage and finished-level review |
| Packing list and numbered parts | Receiving checks and component positions | Unloading, protected storage and parts staging |
| Frame, mesh and glass details | Assembly sequence and fitting identification | Installation labour, lifting and glass-handling equipment |
| Turf and lighting information | Surface layout and equipment connections | Surface installation and qualified electrical work |
| Remote factory support | Model-specific component and assembly questions | Named site lead, drawing references and clear photographs |
Prepare the people, tools and sequence
The contractor should plan the erection sequence and suitable equipment for lifting, glass handling and work at height where applicable. Check the components against the packing list before they are needed in the sequence. Store them so identification remains visible and surfaces are protected.
Installation information must match the ordered configuration. Connection details, glass fixings and lighting arrangements can differ between court variants. Do not combine instructions from an unrelated model or assume that a similar-looking member has the same purpose.
Make technical questions easy to resolve
When a question arises, identify the order, drawing reference and component position. Provide a clear photograph and describe the discrepancy or decision needed. Include a relevant dimension when a measurement is the issue, and distinguish an actual measurement from an estimate.
Avoid forcing a component to fit or making an unreviewed alteration when the connection does not match the information. The responsible site team should stop the affected operation and clarify the issue before proceeding. Our remote support team helps resolve equipment questions with the contractor’s responsible site lead.
Complete the interfaces before opening
The project team should agree the checks required for the completed enclosure, glass, surface, net and lighting. Electrical work and relevant local inspections belong with the appropriate qualified parties. For a retractable canopy, the operator also needs the agreed controls, operating limits and maintenance information.
Record the final configuration and any approved site changes. Keep those records with the maintenance documents, because they will be needed when identifying a replacement panel, fitting or other part. The operator should know where to report an issue and what evidence to provide.
Follow the numbered parts from packing to assembly
Our WPT installation information brings the assembly sequence, numbered components and connection details together. Frame sections, mesh panels, glass fittings and lamp brackets can be identified by their part references and installation positions.
Turf layout information supports roll placement and seam planning. Keep the selected model drawing and parts list with the local installation team, then retain them for future maintenance and replacement orders.
- Step-by-step assembly information for the selected padel court
- Numbered frame, mesh and connection references
- Glass-fitting and lighting-bracket details
- Turf layout and installation handover records
Practical answers
Before the next conversation
Does installation support include an on-site CourtSpan crew?
CourtSpan provides equipment drawings, component identification and remote technical guidance. The local installation contractor provides the site workforce, handling and lifting equipment, and coordinates foundation and electrical works. Any additional on-site attendance is agreed in the project proposal.
Can a general installation manual replace local foundation design?
No. A manual describes equipment assembly for its stated configuration. The site's supporting construction and anchorage require a coordinated project-specific design and review.
What information should accompany an installation question?
Send the order reference, relevant drawing and component position, a clear description and photographs. Include measured dimensions where relevant so the issue can be assessed without guessing.
